Foiano Carnival every sunday of February

This is one of the oldest carnivals in Italy. The four districts of the town, "Bombolo, Azzurri, Rustici and Nottambuli", challenge each other trough the creative skills displayed in their papier maché floats featuring personalities, stories and legends.

 The Carnival of Viareggio is a carnival event yearly held in the Tuscanian city of Viareggio. It is considered amongst the most renowned carnival in both Italy and Europe.

Greve in Chianti Antiques and Collectors' Fair Easter monday and the second sunday of October

 The biannual antiquities fair held in Piazza Matteotti at Greve in Chianti. Now is one of the better collectors' fairs in Italy for: old tools, farmhouse and vineyard artifacts, ceramics, iron work, paintings and postcards.

Cortona Antiques Fair end of August

The "Cortonaantiquaria" takes place in Cortona. It is one of the most important antique furniture fairs in Europe. The exhibition is housed in Palazzo Vagnotti, a superb example of XVII century architecture, located in the old town centre.
